Spring is just around the corner and we are more than ready for the sunshine here in Utah. Now that the colder months are almost behind us, we have really enjoyed unpacking all of the pretty spring items we have available in our shop. We are loving the simple, timeless pieces this year.
One of our favorite things to decorate with is flowers. Flowers can brighten any space. Lu got lucky and snagged all these gorgeous blooms at Trader Joes. They look so pretty and unique in our fun new vases that are available in the shop.
One of the things we try to bring to My Pink Box Co is uniqueness. We love to create items that you can’t find just anywhere. Items that are handmade and beautiful. One of our most popular handmade items are our wreaths. We are quite obsessed with our spring collection we made this year. (Especially our Spring Egg Wreath). We used a variety of preserved flowers, moss and used our paper flowers for the focal point on a few of them. The peachy pink hanging amaranthus adds such an elegant touch that will make your space pop wherever you decide to showcase your wreath.
Another popular item that we hand make is our Rag Garlands. They are not only unique but they add such a pretty touch to any space. We love seeing how and where our customers end up hanging them. We’ve seen them hung on mantles, over windows, walls, etc. Our Spring Rag Garland is extra special this year, Megans Mom and Grandma hand knit the gorgeous flower daisy garland that is meant to be layered over the rag garland. It adds the perfect spring touch and compliments the springy colors. Did you know we rip the fabric, hand dye each color, hang to dry, rip again in strips then tie each ripped fabric strand to the string? A lot goes into these beauties but its worth it!
Spring is a favorite around here. We love to deep clean homes, get rid of the things that no longer make us happy and fill our spaces with fresh and new items.
